Three-copy bank challans
Bank, school and student copies on one A4 sheet, with your school's header, challan number series and bank details. Print a class at a time.
Arrears carried forward correctly
Previous balance moves into the next challan and the old invoice is closed, so the same debt is never counted twice in your outstanding total.
Discounts, scholarships and siblings
Percentage or fixed, applied per student and recorded against the invoice — so a discount survives the clerk who granted it leaving.
Late fines by rule, not by memory
